Beth Henry blends a unique style of creativity, insight, and humor about generational diversity in companies, helping clients create the best – and most profitable – workplaces. With a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from SUNY Buffalo, Beth has more than 15 years experience in staff development and training. She holds an adjunct faculty appointment at Cornell University School of Industrial Labor Relations. With sensitivity, humor, and the ability to identify solutions, Beth focuses on maximizing the assets of four different generations.
